Terms of service

Porch Mama decorates front porches and entries for the Christmas season in Queen Creek, Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona. By booking, you agree to these terms. Porch Mama is not a licensed contractor. Our work stays at porch level, uses plug-in or battery lights only, and never involves your roof, your wiring or anything that needs a permit.

Deposit and balance

Your 50% deposit holds your install week and locks in your price. The balance is due on install day, after you've seen your porch. Changes and cancellations follow our refund policy.

The decor stays ours

The wreaths, garland, trees, planters, lanterns, lights and timers remain Porch Mama's property. You're renting them for the season. We take everything down and haul it away by January 10. If you'd like to keep a piece, ask and we'll quote it.

Access

You don't need to be home. You agree to give us access to your porch and entry on install day, at takedown and for any fixes; the use of an outdoor outlet if your package includes plug-in lights; and your gate code if you have one.

HOA rules

Getting any approval your HOA requires is your responsibility. Send us your HOA's decorating rules before your install and we'll follow them. We keep decor off common areas and don't run cords across walkways.

Fixes, weather, theft and damage

Everything is weighted and tied down for East Valley wind. If something shifts or a light goes out, text or email us and we'll fix it within 48 hours at no charge. You're never charged for weather or normal wear. If decor is stolen or damaged by someone else, tell us right away; we'll replace it, and we may charge the replacement cost, which we'll always tell you before we replace anything. Please don't move or take down the decor yourself.
