Refund policy

Your deposit holds your install week and locks in your price. Here is how changes and cancellations work.

• 14 or more days before your install: cancel and we'll refund your deposit in full.
• Less than 14 days before your install: we'll move you to another open date this season, or credit your deposit toward next season.
• If we can't make your install window: you get a full refund of everything you've paid.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.
